5:22 The Lord said these things to your entire assembly at the mountain from the middle of the fire, the cloud, and the darkness with a loud voice, and that was all he said. ¹  Then he inscribed the words ²  on two stone tablets and gave them to me.

30:1 “When you have experienced all these things, both the blessings and the curses ⁶  I have set before you, you will reflect upon them ⁷  in all the nations where the Lord your God has banished you.

Ulangan 31:16

31:16 Then the Lord said to Moses, “You are about to die, ⁸  and then these people will begin to prostitute themselves with the foreign gods of the land into which they ⁹  are going. They ¹⁰  will reject ¹¹  me and break my covenant that I have made with them. ¹²

[24:1]  ³ tn Heb “nakedness of a thing.” The Hebrew phrase עֶרְוַת דָּבָר (’ervat davar) refers here to some gross sexual impropriety (see note on “indecent” in Deut 23:14). Though the term usually has to do only with indecent exposure of the genitals, it can also include such behavior as adultery (cf. Lev 18:6-18; 20:11, 17, 20-21; Ezek 22:10; 23:29; Hos 2:10).
